New Silkroad Culturaltainment Limited (formerly known as JLF Investment Company Limited) is an investment holding company which focuses in the investment of wine and baijiu businesses in China.
The company operates through four segments:
Production and Distribution of wine in the PRC, Production and Distribution of Chinese baijiu in the PRC, Development and Operation of real estate and cultural tourism in South Korea, and Operation of casino business in South Korea.
The Company was established with the aim to integrate and consolidate wine and baijiu businesses in China.
The Company has 4 main wine investments, namely:A) Shangri-la Winery Company Limited located at Yunnan Province with its main office in Kunming and wineries at Shangri-la Diqing Development Zone;
B) Shangri-la (Qinhuangdao) Winery Limited located at Hebei Qinhuangdao;
C) Yantai Shangri-la Masang Château Company Limited located at Shandong Yantai;
D) YuQuan Winery Company Limited, a baijiu winery located at Heilongjiang province.
Tne company's product offerings can be broadly divided into 3 categories, namely grape wine, tibetan naked barley wine and Chinese baijiu. We own several well-received brands including ‘Shangri-la’, ‘Great Tibetan Secret’ and ‘YuQuan’.
