Vina San Pedro Tarapaca SA (VSPT) is a Chile-based holding company engaged in the production, packaging and export of wine.
The Company produces and commercializes wines such as ultra-premium, premium, reserved, varietal and massives under the family of names Vina San Pedro, Vina Tarapaca, Vina Santa Helena, Vina Misiones de Rengo, Vina Mar, Casa Rivas, Vina Altair, Vina Leyda, Bodega Tamari and Finca La Celia. The Company has presence in all the major valleys of Chile.
In April 2014, the Company merged with Vina Tarapa Ex-Zavala, a manufacturer of wine and a unit of Compania Chilena de Fosforos (CCF).
VSPT Wine Group is the second largest exporter of Chilean wine and is among the most important players in the Chilean market.
The Group is composed by the following wineries: San Pedro, Tarapacá, Santa Helena, Misiones de Rengo, Viña Mar, and Casa Rivas in Chile, and La Celia and Tamarí in Argentina. All of the Group’s wineries are renowned, each produces its own distinctive wines, and they are all great representatives of the best wines that each terroir can produce.
The company was founded in 1865 by Bonifacio and Jose Gregorio Correa Albano and is headquartered in Santiago Chile.
The Group is controlled by Compañía Cervecerías Unidas S.A..
