Italian Wine Brands, a wine group listed on AIM Italia, has acquired the 100% of the capital of ENOITALIA. The acquired company, founded in 1986 by the Pizzolo family, recorded revenues of € 200.8 million in 2020, with an EBITDA of € 17.1 million and a net financial debt of € 1.1 million. EUR.
The acquisition of Enoitalia was on the basis of an Equity Value of € 150.5 million. The structure of the transaction is based also on the reinvestment in the IWB group by Pizzolo family through the subscription of 1,400,000 newly issued IWB ordinary shares at a price of € 32.50 each, reaching a total stake of 15.91% of the share capital of IWB.
