Foley Wines Limited, formerly Foley Family Wines Limited, is an integrated wine company. The Company is engaged in producing table wines. The Company is also engaged in the marketing and sale of wines in New Zealand and various export markets.
The Company offers various wine brands, including Vavasour, Grove Mill, Te Kairanga, Clifford Bay, Goldwater and Dashwood Sauvignon Blanc. The Company's vineyards are located in Marlborough and Martinborough, New Zealand.
The Company sells its products in New Zealand, Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and rest of the world. The Company's subsidiaries include Martinborough Vineyard (UK) Ltd, which is a sales company; McLeod Vineyard Ltd, which is engaged in grape growing; Martinborough Vineyard Estates Ltd (MVEL), which is a wine company, and Martinborough Vineyard Ltd, which is engaged in grape growing. 
Foley Wines is controlled by Foley Family Wines Holdings, Inc., established in 1996, which is an holding company of numerous vineyards and wineries located in the U.S. and in New Zealand, established by a US businessman, William P (Bill) Foley II who has served as the Executive Chairman of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (FNF) since October 2006 and, prior to that, as Chairman of the Board of FNF since 1984. In spring of 1996, Bill & Carol Foley purchased 1,000 acres of lush and fertile earth within the then relatively unknown Sta. Rita Hills region of Santa Barbara County. Their plan – produce hand-crafted Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that reflected the best of California’s Central Coast. Named for their two daughters – Lindsey & Courtney – Lincourt Vineyards was born, and with it, the beginning of Foley Family Wines.
In the 25 years since, Foley Family Wines has grown into one of the world’s largest producers of fine wine, adding some of the industry’s most valuable wineries, located in the most recognized winemaking regions, including Napa, Sonoma, the Pacific Northwest, and New Zealand. Today, the Foley Family Wines portfolio boasts a number of the most-celebrated names in wine, including Chalk Hill Estate, Chalone, Ferrari-Carano, and Sebastiani.
